Role Purpose As a member of RS Corporate Account team, the Corporate Account Manager assumes responsibility for corporate accounts in the assigned portfolio, ensuring consistent deployment across sites through collaboration with local stakeholders, via a top-down and bottom-up approach. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of national corporate customers with a solutions-growth mindset. Develop sales strategies for each customer to optimize sales and profitability. Coordinate actions with internal sales, field sales, and support functions. Forecast and manage budgets including sales, margin, and ROI. Conduct market analysis, monitor competition and industry trends. Project manage and facilitate contract deployment across markets and sites. Coordinate support from supply chain, logistics, digital, finance, technical, and marketing teams. Ensure compliance programs are consistent across all sites. Identify service development opportunities to expand customer penetration. Serve as the single point of contact for national opportunities in the assigned industry/area. Negotiate contracts, including commercial and legal terms. Update customer organization charts to identify decision makers for contract development. Assess customer potential and identify opportunities for share of wallet expansion. Implement EMEA contracts per central strategy. Prospect and acquire new opportunities. Implement value-added solutions with technical support. Monitor opportunities and manage customer data on CRM. Broaden account networks and validate customer spend potential. Discover procurement, inventory management, and maintenance challenges. Develop specific account plans with clear goals for growth. Collaborate with marketing to accelerate customer growth. Monitor and identify new tenders within existing customers.
