Typical day with us: Deliver impactful presentations and serve as a technical resource for potential customers; Assess customer needs and recommend suitable 3D scanning and probing solutions; Perform remote and on-site data acquisition (3D laser scanning and probing inspection); Utilize software for data processing, reverse engineering, and inspection to produce client deliverables; Collaborate with customers, distributors, and colleagues on training, integration, and project deployment; Troubleshoot and adapt methods to resolve technical issues; Contribute to technological development by testing new products and sharing feedback; Assist in drafting and translating technical and training documents. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2 years experience in mechanical engineering or related field; Experience in metrology, 3D scanning, automation, or robotics preferred; Fluent in Italian and English; Strong customer service skills; Travel enthusiast and quick learner; Proactive and confident in taking charge.
