About the role He / she will : Support Operations sites on legal compliance and Iso14001 certification Monitor environmental emissions, scrap, and waste reports related to production sites, warehouses, and transports, to provide proper support to the operations lines in pursuing sustainability opportunities and reaching group goals Provide inputs to the Corporate Sustainability Report regarding the Industrial and Supply scope Environmental Support to Operations Sites Support environmental projects at Production sites and Warehouses Assist with environmental legal compliance for Operations sites Support and develop ISO14001 initiatives in collaboration with Production sites KPIs Development and Monitoring Design, develop, and maintain the Environmental KPIs dashboard at Group level from an Industrial & Supply standpoint, collaborating with Production sites and Warehouses Manage daily activities related to KPIs results, including tracking, updating, and communication Ensure KPIs are clear, structured, and focused on relevant elements and key processes, with continuous assessment of their consistency and alignment with business needs Guarantee the availability, reliability, and transparency of KPIs, providing quantitative information to support decision-making Identify areas for improvement and propose actions to support Operations in pursuing sustainability opportunities and achieving group goals Corporate Sustainability Report Support Ensure proper collection of KPIs and data for the Corporate Sustainability Report, leveraging monitoring activities on Industrial and Supply Provide background information on drivers for key trends and improvement actions to reach Group goals Who we are looking for A candidate with a technical background (Engineering preferred) 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational or global company Knowledge of ISO14001 standards Understanding of ESG topics Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office tools Knowledge of sustainability data collection systems Languages Fluency in relevant languages is preferred.
