Purpose of the job : Management of all operational people, processes, and products to meet business demand for the site. This role reports to the Senior Operations Director FP Trays. Key tasks and responsibilities : Ensure the health & safety of employees and visitors at the site, and that all KP safety rules are followed. Ensure best-in-class quality & service while maintaining a competitive cost base. Accurate budgetary control, forecasting, and management. Continuous improvement of all relevant operations metrics (e.g., Material Balance Output, Manhour OEE%, DPMO). Manage multidisciplined teams, including training, discipline, development, and morale. Management responsibility : Up to 7 direct reports and a high number of indirect reports, depending on demand. Will manage professional & technical employees, as well as skilled and semi-skilled labor. Strategic impact : Will influence CAPEX, divisional strategy, and business strategy for the Trays segment. Functional knowledge and technical skills : Previous experience in operational management. Technical process skills and understanding of production capabilities. Extensive experience in dealing with worker representatives and unions. Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, Total Quality Management). Strong management skills across multiple functions. Solid financial understanding. Experience collaborating with stakeholders (e.g., sales, customer service). Your Profile : Degree in Engineering or similar, with 5-10 years of relevant management experience in operations. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional, cross-regional, and matrix organizations. Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking ability. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Sound decision-making capabilities. Ability to distill complex topics into key messages. Strong analytical skills. Apply Now!
