The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in high-volume food service operations, preferably from luxury hotels, airport F&B, or food courts. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations ensuring excellent customer service. Oversee multiple outlets, vendors, and concessionaires at the airport. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor and optimize operational costs and profitability. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and airport authorities. Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain service standards. Implement SOPs to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Work closely with marketing and branding teams for promotions and visibility. Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to operational SOPs. Requirements: 5–15 years of experience in food and beverage operations. Strong preference for candidates from luxury hotels , organized food courts , or airport F&B setups . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage high footfall and dynamic operational challenges. Strong understanding of inventory, staffing, and customer experience management.
