Retail Channel Sales Executive

We design educational toys, activity kits, and games that bring out creativity, curiosity, and joy. Role Overview We are seeking a Retail Channel Sales Executive to grow our presence across toy stores, bookstores, gifting outlets, and general trade retail. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing retail partners and distributors in assigned regions. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new retail counters and channel partners Maintain strong relationships with store owners and retailers Conduct in-store visits, merchandising, branding, and product demos Drive order collection, ensure stock availability, and monitor sell-through Implement retail promotions and schemes to boost sales Coordinate with the supply team for timely dispatch and fulfillment Collect market intelligence and competitor activities Requirements 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably toys/FMCG/kids products Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Tamil English preferred) Willingness to travel locally or across zones Target-driven and ability to close B2B retail partnerships Experience handling retail distributor networks is a bonus
