The Key Account Manager will be responsible for regular on-boarding new customers through effective COLD CALLS on a regualr basis with timely Follow up as the key to success , managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating and executing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes analyzing customer requirements and suggest solutions as per their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
