Full job description Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: JTM Mall, Jagatpura Experience: 1-2 years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces in India and overseas for our company, Inspiro Web. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in e-commerce operations, online marketplaces, and possess a passion for driving growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce channels, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities : • Manage the online marketplaces for our products in India and overseas, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management. • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement. • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product content, product positioning, and promotional campaigns. • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer support. • Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in online marketplaces. • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, such as Amazon.com/.in, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra etc • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform business decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product descriptions and marketing copy. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
