This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and is ideal for someone passionate about building a career in Human Resources. You will closely work with the HR team on real-time projects and initiatives that contribute to building a strong and people-centric workplace. This is an on-site, full-time internship. High-performing interns will be offered a permanent HR role upon completion. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities Help implement and monitor HR policies and compliance processes Coordinate employee benefits, records, and documentation Support recruitment and internship outreach activities Contribute to building a positive workplace culture Work on employee communications and performance tracking Qualifications MBA (HR) or equivalent degree (pursuing or recently completed) Knowledge of HR operations, policies, and processes Familiarity with employee lifecycle and personnel management Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Why Join Us?
