About the Role The role involves leading the Quality and Process Excellence team for a large business with global deliveries, focusing on driving business value generating projects for customers and Wipro. Responsibilities Drive business value generating projects for customers and Wipro. Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and potential risks, working with required internal and external stakeholders to address the same. Drive innovation and change across the business along with customer and other internal transformation teams. Identify and replicate best practices across the business to drive best in class customer experience. Own the charter of Start Green and Stay Green across the business. Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate with at least the last 10 years in IT/BPO industry. Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Required Skills 18 years of experience with strong industry exposure for Telecom, New Age/Tech, Customer Service, Retail. Strong understanding of Quality and Process Excellence principles with experience in driving quality certifications like ISO, CMMI, COPC, etc. Experience in high impact continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation, etc. Strong interpersonal skills and people management skills. Strong Analytical Skills with experience in driving descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics for various engagements across the business. Good effective communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to manage clients and internal senior stakeholders. Proven track record for problem solving and innovation. Good experience in technology-enabled solutions like RPA, Low Code No Code, AI/Gen AI. Preferred Skills Experience in managing global teams across geos and time zones. Masters in business management from an institute of repute. Basic understanding of various pricing models, financials, P&L, etc. Pay range and compensation package Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
