Business Data Analyst

Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further. We're looking for a dynamic business data analyst to drive and strengthen our dashboards around production operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payments & Accounting: Handle payment processing and accounting for all Job Work and Consumable bills. Coordinate with vendors and finance teams for timely bill submissions, approvals, and payments. Maintain accurate ledgers and records related to Job Work costs. 2. Warehouse Operations: Oversee and reconcile inward and outward inventory transactions from the warehouse. Perform Warehouse Audit Reconciliation to ensure data integrity between physical and system inventory. 3. Data Management: Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly trackers for: Production schedules and output to manage inventory / Consumables usage Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all data sheets and reports. 4. WH platform Management: Conduct Product Mapping and Editing on the WH systems Ensure all product listings and inventory records are updated and correctly mapped. 5. Dashboards & Planning: Develop planning sheets and operational dashboards for internal evaluation. Analyse key metrics and present data-driven insights for operational decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, operations, accounts, or warehouse management. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, pivot tables, etc.). Experience with ERP/WMS platforms is a plus Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and multitasking skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
