Job Title : Field Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring Company: Industrial Catering / Facility Management Company Location : Chennai / Traveling to various Locations Experience : 2 to 6 years in field recruitment / mass hiring Salary : Negotiable based on experience Employment Type : Full-Time | On-field / Hybrid | 6 Days a Week ONLY CHENNAI CANDIDATES PREFERS IMMEDIATE JOINEES Who We’re Looking For : A street-smart, people-driven recruiter who knows how to hustle, network, and close roles fast — especially in high-volume, blue-collar hiring (delivery boys, drivers, warehouse staff, technicians, factory workers, etc.) Roles & Responsibilities : Drive end-to-end hiring of blue-collar roles across locations – from sourcing to onboarding. Field sourcing – local job fairs, ITIs, skill centers, local labor markets, referrals, etc. Tie-up with community leaders, local vendors, panchayats, etc. to generate leads. Screen, shortlist & schedule candidates for interviews – volume hiring is the key . Handle walk-ins and coordinate mass hiring drives. Maintain a daily tracker for offers, joining, and pipeline status. Ensure document collection & background verification coordination . Drive local branding efforts – pamphlet distribution, posters, WhatsApp groups, etc. Must-Have Skills : Prior experience in field hiring or agency recruitment for blue/grey collar. Strong regional language fluency (Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada – based on location). Excellent interpersonal skills – must be a people-person, comfortable with the ground hustle. Knowledge of sourcing through offline and grassroots methods . Ability to meet daily/weekly targets . Bonus Points : Own bike and smartphone (mandatory in most field roles). Ability to work odd hours or travel locally for hiring drives. Experience in logistics, staffing, e-commerce or facility management hiring.
