E-Commerce Sales Executive

Location : Chennai Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 1–3 years in e-commerce sales (preferably D2C or toy/FMCG category) About Creykid Creykid Toys & Games is a fast-growing brand creating innovative, imagination-led play experiences for children. We design educational toys, activity kits, and games that bring out creativity, curiosity, and joy. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Sales Executive to manage our presence on online marketplaces and drive D2C website sales. You’ll be responsible for listings, order optimization, price control, and driving overall sales performance on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc. Key Responsibilities Manage listings, catalog, images, and descriptions across all marketplaces Track and analyze sales performance, returns, ratings, and reviews Handle pricing, promotions, deals, and stock visibility Coordinate with the design team for creative needs (banners, A content) Ensure timely inventory sync and order fulfilment coordination Work closely with digital marketing to align ads with product performance Monitor competition pricing, keywords, and campaign strategies Requirements 1–3 years of experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) Strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of analytics dashboards Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making Experience in toys, FMCG, or child-oriented brands is a plus
