Responsibilities: This is paid internship role for a Human Resources Intern based in Mumbai. The intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to HR management, recruitment, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management at the clinic's on-site location. This position falls within a monthly stipened bracket of 5k-8k Qualifications: Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge of HR policies and personnel management Understanding of employee benefits Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in holistic healthcare practices Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
