Job Description Job Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site/Hybrid role located in Redondo Beach, CA for a "Company Architect". The Candidate will be responsible for development and management on a day-to-day basis of all company projects. Qualifications 3 year working experience as an Architect Industry Knowledge : knowledge of the construction process, which helps in assessing the feasibility of projects and understanding the costs involved. Regulatory Understanding : Familiarity with local zoning laws, permits, and regulations. Additional Skills Proficient in Archicad, Revit or other 3D architectural software Please specify which software you use. Development and verification of EMD and structural plans in 3D California Architect License.
