We’re on the hunt for a skilled, passionate, and dog-obsessed Spa Groomer to lead our spa team and keep those tails wagging and coats gleaming. What You’ll Be Doing As the Spa Groomer, you’re not just a stylist—you’re a leader, coach, and customer care pro. You’ll: ✂️ Perform breed-specific haircuts, trims, shave-downs, and makeovers Work well with Spa Bathing Attendants Oversee cleanliness, safety, and spa operations daily Manage grooming schedules, check-ins, and client consultations Interact with pet parents to understand needs, suggest services, and provide aftercare advice ️ Recommend products and support our retail area Help shape spa protocols, identify improvements, and keep everything running smoothly Create a calming, fun, and professional environment for both pets and people ⭐ What Makes You Paw-some You’re not just great with scissors—you’re great with people, pets, and leading a team.
