Associate Attorney - High-Impact PI Cases

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our collaborative team. You’ll manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial, working closely with our experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff. Responsibilities Handle a full caseload of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases Conduct and defend depositions Draft and argue discovery motions and motions for summary judgment Appear at hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and settlement conferences Develop legal strategies and evaluate case value Represent clients at trial with support from our managing attorney Maintain proactive and compassionate client communication Requirements Active license in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines Comfortable working in-person at our Manhattan Beach office Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive base salary ($90,000–$110,000/year) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible hours and free parking 10 days PTO per year, paid sick leave, and 7 paid holidays A dynamic, team-oriented environment just steps from the beach
