The Role: As Sous Chef, youll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, bringing energy, precision, and leadership to service. You'll also collaborate with in-house cheesemongers to develop inventive dishes and push the boundaries of what cheese-focused cuisine can be. Key Responsibilities include: Leading service and BOH operations alongside the Head Chef. Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes in line with company standards. Supporting on menu development, costings, supplier relationships, and stock control. Training and developing junior staff. Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards to the highest level. Acting as a cultural ambassador for the business, both internally and externally. Whats in it for you?
