Job Description
Company established in the household textile industry is looking for a suitable candidate for a Warehouse Administrator role. Position is based in Jacobs, Durban. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory. Process and file delivery notes, invoices, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and other relevant documentation. Assist with stock control, data entry, and inventory system updates. Schedule and track deliveries and collections, ensuring proper coordination with transport providers. Liaise with warehouse team leaders and logistics staff to ensure smooth operational flow. Generate regular warehouse reports including stock levels, order status, and discrepancies. Support the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain office supplies and assist with general warehouse administration duties. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification required. Minimum 23 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse systems or ERP software. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
