Position: Head Waiter/Waitress at Crazy Pizza Join Crazy Pizza, a brand that offers more than just pizza—an innovative dining experience that combines the passion of Italy with top-notch service in exclusive locations worldwide. Role Overview: As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will ensure the smooth operation of your section during service, working closely with our restaurant and bar teams to deliver impeccable service. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a specific dining section to ensure efficient service. Motivate and inspire your team of commis and runners to maintain high standards. Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings, handle orders, and close bills. Maintain cleanliness and create a welcoming atmosphere in your designated area. Report any issues to the Restaurant Manager for quick resolution. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing quality and guest satisfaction. Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years experience in casual dining or similar environment is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
