Job Description

Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Project Staff for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. We offer an initial 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B3, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers. Possibility of smart working (50/50). The CPS PMO is an essential role in driving operational excellence in the initiatives and programs led by the team. The candidate will be responsible for managing collection, updating, and monitoring metrics of key initiatives relevant to the CPS team, monitoring operations, and driving improvements in processes, tools, and alignment between functions, regions, and HQ. The candidate is expected to work closely with Product Leadership and Sales. Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure consistent collection of CPS budgeting from Strategic DTI, NPD investments, and consultancies spending, and global workload monitoring. Regularly monitor workload allocation, especially with ComOps and Engineering teams. Drive an operating rhythm with the CPS Team to update and monitor initiatives and opportunities at the product line level, providing an aggregate global perspective in terms of key metrics, deployment, intelligence sharing, and best practices. The CPS PMO will collect, update, and monitor NPD, program, and initiative KPIs to ensure they are on time and within budget, providing feedback to product line leaders for actions. Support projects and NPD prioritization, KPI monitoring, and assist in the capital allocation process for new investments and LRP. Assess and improve existing tools needed to support strategic DTI initiatives, liaising with the Engineering team. Requirements: Have a BSc. or higher, preferably in engineering-related fields. Experience in program management or project management. Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders. Proactive self-starter, able to solve problems and provide resolutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English. Experience managing external delivery partners in program/project management. Proficient with common IT tools and software (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel). J-18808-Ljbffr
