The role The Talent Garden Innovation School is organized into vertical schools based on different topics : Marketing, Design, HR, and Tech. Each school functions like a dedicated squad with complete autonomy regarding sales, marketing, and product development. We are currently seeking a Learning Manager to project and coordinate our Master programs within the Tech School, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence. Responsibilities Develop and refine our AI product portfolio and strategy to enhance market relevance and drive growth opportunities. Expand and strengthen the faculty of AI professionals to engage in our master's program, ensuring alignment with project goals. Co-design and deliver innovative learning experiences, utilizing creative solutions to facilitate successful student outcomes. Manage collaborations with third-party partners, ensuring their contributions align with project requirements and are effectively integrated into product development. Provide insights to inform product development, staying attuned to industry trends and competitive landscapes to foster innovation and competitiveness. About you You are an AI expert with extensive knowledge of the AI domain and the ability to bridge technical expertise with effective learning strategies. Specifically : You have relevant experience in the education sector, understanding learning principles, course design, evaluation, and facilitation techniques. You possess a network of contacts that can be engaged in our programs to enhance collaboration and growth opportunities. You have knowledge of AI history, types (including machine learning and robotics), algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning), sector applications, and ethical, social, and economic impacts. You are skilled in machine learning (regression, KNN), neural networks (CNN, RNN), deep learning (reinforcement, transfer learning), AI tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). You are based in either Campania or Puglia and are committed to fostering the local innovation ecosystem. You are fluent in Italian and English.
