Within the OneVisionAgency team and under its governance and methodology guidelines, the Project Management Officer (PMO) will work closely with Turin and Geneva program staff and offshore/nearshore teams to ensure governance processes are followed. Reporting to the Lead Project Management Officer in Turin, the PMO will contribute to the success of this transition and handle the administration of PMO processes and tools used by staff. Key Responsibilities Manage program management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Excel) Maintain templates, documentation, guides, and dashboards to assist Development Managers Coordinate documentation flow and define schedules for functional and non-functional processes Support the design and operation of portfolio performance dashboards Propose and implement process improvements Support program monitoring and resource planning Define, maintain, and innovate internal processes Set and enforce standards across the department Support project performance analysis and Agile transition Ensure compliance with IT Service Management, Knowledge Management, and Risk Management processes Collaborate with the Global PMO team for quality control and reporting Assist in staff training and onboarding Handle transversal issues proactively and pragmatically Communicate effectively with stakeholders Work autonomously within well-defined boundaries Qualifications and Experience (R) Minimum 3/4 years of experience in a similar role (R) Expertise in project management methodologies and best practices (R) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines (R) Change management experience (R) Autonomy, proactive approach, solution-oriented, curious, willing to learn (R) Ability to prioritize and analyze data for decision-making (R) Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills (R) Problem-solving skills and attention to detail (R) Knowledge of IT/Software Development/Agile methodologies (P) Experience in Maritime Shipping Industry Technical Skills (R) MS Office & MS Products (R) PowerBI (DAX & M) (R) Azure DevOps J-18808-Ljbffr
