Collaboration will be key, as you work with Production, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to verify that day2day operations align with quality standards. You’ll prepare and monitor quality KPIs and reports, like cost of quality and complaint rates, to help guide decisions based on real data. All aimed at making our processes stronger and more reliable. How You’ll Make an Impact: Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes and standards. Develop corrective actions and solutions, map processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, SIPOC, and PDCA. Review codes, specifications, and processes. Conduct regular internal quality audits of the Quality Management System and generate audit reports for submission to management based on the audit schedule created by the Quality Manager. Perform other duties as specified by management. What Makes You a Great Fit: A degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
