K-Way - Merchandising Buyer

We're looking for a Merchandising Buyer to join K-Way team. The new collegue will be responsible for curating, purchasing, and managing the product assortment, ensuring alignment with brand identity, market trends, and customer preferences. They develop a cohesive seasonal assortment per store cluster, aimed at driving sales and strengthening the brand’s market positioning. This role requires close collaboration with Product Design, Merchandising, Production, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Approximately 10 years of buying experience in a ready-to-wear retail brand, ideally within premium (K-Way level) or luxury segments. Strong sensitivity to brand identity, product aesthetic, fashion trends, and customer behavior. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset and a proven ability to build strong relationships across departments. High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit. Fluency in Italian and English is required; French is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
