K-Way - Retail Store Planning (based in Milan or Turin)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, team-minded, and creative Retail Store Planner to join our retail team. The Store Planner will be responsible for delivering retail spaces that are timely and within budget, commercially efficient, operationally effective, on-brand, and 100% compliant. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in space planning and project management, as well as a keen understanding of retail trends and consumer behavior. The position can be based both in Turin or Milan offices. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Approximately 10 years of experience in store planning within a ready-to-wear retail brand, ideally in premium (e.g., K-Way level) or luxury segments, across a multi-country territory. Strong leadership skills and an excellent team player. High-impact and high-energy professional, capable of overseeing the successful opening of 15 stores per year across Europe. Able to create efficient store layouts and manage store construction projects end to end. Possesses both creative sensitivity and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
