JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company’s offerings to customers, to position Future’s value-add, and to demonstrate the company’s full capabilities. What the roles involve : Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs deeply and formulate regional and branch strategies for growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition by offering Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives to enhance service capabilities at customer sites. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service by responding promptly to inquiries regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have : Proven sales success within the electronic distribution sector for at least five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical design processes, with a record of achieving design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and focused on results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
