Ensure the achievement of sales targets and the continuous growth of KPIs; Manage costs and optimize store profitability through sales strategies. Personnel Management: Assist the Store Manager in optimal staff organization within the store; Participate in staff recruitment activities alongside the Store Manager; Develop and motivate staff, promoting career progression within the group; Ensure high-quality customer service in accordance with procedures; Handle complaints professionally and effectively; Maintain the store's overall presentation in collaboration with the visual merchandising team to enhance profitability; Ensure proper execution of product launch guidelines. Logistics / Loss Prevention: Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise; Actively participate in loss prevention and control measures in agreement with the Store Manager; Oversee daily cash register operations. Requirements: Previous experience managing structured retail outlets, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments; Good knowledge of English; Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
