Job Description We are looking for a Site Controller for our Rho production plant. This is a key role within the Finance team, with strategic and operational responsibilities aimed at improving site performance and ensuring sustainable competitiveness. The role will be part of the Site Leadership Team and will work closely with the Accounting, Controlling, and other business functions to support decision-making and promote continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Preparation of management reports and analysis of financial and operational results against budget and forecast. Management of monthly closures for their area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies. Planning, preparation, and execution of budget and forecast processes in collaboration with stakeholders. Financial supervision of site investments and inventory. Analysis of investment returns and monitoring of investment spending. Promotion and monitoring of savings projects Calculation and analysis of product standard costs and related variances. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. Promote efficiency and process improvement initiatives. Actively contribute to the local and global Finance professional network. Qualifications Education : Degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a focus on Administration, Finance, and Control. Experience At least 6 years in management control roles in production contexts (preferably chemical, pharmaceutical) Experience in industrial management control and analytical accounting Background in auditing is considered a plus Ability to manage complexity, meet tight deadlines, problem-solving, flexibility, stress resistance, and willingness to learn. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of industrial accounting and management control Excellent command of Excel, Office, and ERP systems Familiarity with OPEX principles, project management, and process improvement Soft Skills Collaborative, humble, with excellent communication skills Flexible, proactive, curious, and deadline-oriented Additional Information Why Apply This position offers the opportunity to join an international, dynamic, and excellence-oriented environment.
