About the role We have an exciting opening for a Senior Backend Engineer capable of seeing the big picture and balancing software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale. Job requirements What you'll do Write simple, clean, and efficient code with passion. Be proactive, accountable, analytical, and pragmatic. Drive change and efficiency with partners across disciplines. Main requirements 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer. Experience with web-based applications development, deployment, and maintenance, especially with Ruby on Rails (experience with Javascript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, or Python is valued). Strong knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile methodologies. Functional programming and DDD are pluses. Proficiency in English.
