Project Manager (Bologna) - IT

Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: Hybrid mode in Bologna (first month in presence in Bologna) Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from requirements analysis to final delivery. Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather, define, and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Develop and monitor project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, overseeing design and development processes with a focus on quality and effectiveness. Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities, ensuring deliverables meet company standards. Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, development teams, and other key figures, ensuring transparency on project progress. Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar roles, preferably in complex IT environments. Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms. Solid experience in managing all phases of IT projects: analysis, planning, execution, and monitoring. Excellent time, resource, and priority management skills, with a focus on results and quality. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.
