As an Architect, you will align our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Provide the overall framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tool and platform options based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS) Define platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability Maintain architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring their accuracy Develop high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months) in collaboration with the Tech community Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunity log Document high-level targets at the domain level within the Tech Strategy Engage with the business community on program discoveries Act as SME for cross-business process implementations across current platforms Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis Support product teams to ensure delivery outcomes align with architecture standards Update architecture documentation as delivery evolves Ensure platform integrity in all delivery outcomes Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide, representing HBX at tech events Improve architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms Join us during this exciting phase as we become the world's leading travel services provider.
