Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Direct report to the Country Manager Italy Works closely with agencies in the region Your profile: Lighting knowledge Technical and commercial skills Well-balanced tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with a passion for excellent customer service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication including empathy and conciseness Persuasive sales skills and influence Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Fluent in English and Italian Personal Attributes: Result-oriented with a determination to over-achieve Polished, analytical, engaging with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mentality Energetic and enthusiastic Self-starter with a desire to succeed High energy levels Ability to execute Your responsibilities: Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting and monitoring agency work Develop a business case with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for expansion Find and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users) Develop projects and report in Salesforce Provide training to agencies and customers in Italy Promote the BLE system and collaborate with agencies and HQ Gather market information and communicate with marketing Meet targets and budget Manage internal relationships across channels and departments Who are we?
