This role is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, delivering exceptional results alongside senior stakeholders, and driving both pre- and post-deal transaction activities, including post-deal implementation and execution. Key responsibilities include: Achieving financial targets, ensuring profitable growth, and managing business development pipelines. The Director will negotiate engagement scopes and fees, maintain strong CXO-level relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives. Operational excellence is essential, with oversight of complex project delivery, team utilization, and customer satisfaction.
