Coordinatore manutenzione e sicurezza - New Opening Club! Bolzano, Bolzano Bolzano, Italy Virgin Active Italia is opening a new club in Bolzano, located inside the WaltherPark shopping center. We are seeking a Coordinator of Maintenance and Safety who, reporting directly to the Club Manager, will be responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and Brand Standards. The role involves supporting and coordinating the relevant staff. The main activities include: Managing and ensuring all electrical, hydraulic, and ventilation systems meet required standards to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Preparing reports for monitoring costs, energy consumption, water quality of the pool, and wet areas. Ensuring proper inventory procurement and maintaining adequate reporting activities. Managing contacts with external suppliers for maintenance, monitoring deliveries of goods and equipment to the club. Identifying, managing, and ensuring that teams (lifeguards, maintenance staff, cleaning staff) are trained to maintain optimal operational levels and member satisfaction. Required qualifications: At least two years of experience managing maintenance activities in a retail environment. Technical qualifications in the thermohydraulic and/or electrical sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Initial training will be provided to prepare the selected candidate for the role.
