Main Responsibilities: Your main duties in flying with us Acquire new hotel partners, manage hotel accounts according to assignment by Area Manager / Senior Market Manager, and maintain relationships with hotel partners. Review and improve commercial conditions, including promo rates and margins. Monitor and enhance price competitiveness and room inventory availability. Support related departments with customer bookings. Fulfill SLA, meet KPI targets, and contribute to the overall hotel department’s goals. Review and evaluate hotel performance, and improve business production with hotel partners. Maintain accurate hotel content and facility details to boost bookings. Participate in company campaigns and promotional projects. Invite and sign hotels to special agreements to improve margins and competitiveness. Conduct presentations and workshops for hotel partners to strengthen relationships. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or revenue management, preferably within the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA channels). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders. Proven ability to research, prepare, and communicate proposals to hotel partners. English language skills (written and verbal) are an advantage. Track record of acquiring and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving, analysis, and planning skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace and industry.
