Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in optimizing overall sales performance by actively participating in sales activities to meet quantitative and qualitative goals. They represent the Company and ensure the implementation of all corporate and Store Manager guidelines. Responsibilities: Reflect the corporate image and ensure team alignment. Support the Store Manager in providing excellent customer service and maintaining Brand standards. Assist in optimizing sales performance, enhancing customer service, and developing team product knowledge and selling skills. Provide necessary information to Area Managers. Organize morning briefings. Maintain excellent customer relationships and high satisfaction levels. Manage critical situations related to sales and customer issues effectively. Coach the sales team to build long-term relationships with key customers based on data analysis. Train the team on achieving Company KPIs. Foster team cohesion and coordinate activities to keep the team motivated and competent. Support ongoing team management and development. Ensure compliance with internal procedures. Oversee shop windows and displays, ensuring they meet Company guidelines. Know and oversee proper execution of all store procedures. Monitor store surface coverage and prevent theft or loss through staff training. Conduct team training activities in collaboration with the Store Manager to prevent theft. Supervise stockroom conditions and stockpile management, coordinating related activities and informing the Store Manager of necessary adjustments. Optimize stock management and ensure suitable goods handling for sales, collaborating with relevant staff. Assist in managing activities related to annual store closure, inventories, and fiscal audits. Relevant work experience in Retail. Aligned with Brand identity, detail-oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership, and relational skills. Passionate and highly motivated for the luxury environment. Deep knowledge of clothing and luxury history. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
