Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor, with experience in sales, supports the Management Team by enhancing customer service levels and maintaining company standards. Sales / Commercial Skills: Handles store opening and closing activities: merchandise setup, team briefing, display of new items, etc. Periodically checks profitability by monitoring KPIs. Participates in sales activities and ensures excellent customer service. Handles customer complaints efficiently and courteously. Ensures the overall presentation of the store in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team, adhering to company standards, stock rotation, product density, highlighting new products, price changes, etc. Logistics / Loss Prevention / Cash Handling / Health and Safety: Holds the store keys and assumes full responsibility, managing merchandise and staff entry/exit. Actively participates in loss prevention and control, collaborating with the profit protection manager through zoning, delivery checks, audits, and inventory. Handles cash register operations, including cash, returns, and refunds. Maintains a clean and safe environment, including cleaning common areas and sales/warehouse areas as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments. Good knowledge of English.
