Main Responsibilities: Process Tax Free Forms for international travelers in accordance with Global Blue and Merchant's guidelines and policies. Serve as a Global Blue Ambassador, promoting excellent customer service standards. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing refunds, preventing mistakes and fraud. Prepare reports as necessary to maintain transparency and accountability. Maintain a high level of knowledge on Global Blue and Merchant's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
