Who we are looking for We are seeking a Sales Account Executive passionate about digital marketing with a results-driven mindset. You will build your own pipeline of opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle for the Italian market. We want a proactive individual, eager to grow quickly and contribute to Audience AI, our cutting-edge solution for analyzing and predicting customer behavior to improve marketing performance. What you will do Pipeline generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling (100 calls/week) and email outreach (200 emails/week), supported by AI-based lists and tools we provide. Participation in industry events: Attend selected events to expand your network and develop additional opportunities. Managing qualified leads: Convert pre-qualified leads from our Growth team into concrete sales opportunities. Complete sales cycle management: Handle the entire process from first contact to closing, with support from our team for technical proposals and complex negotiations. Requirements Who you are Proven experience: 5 years in sales roles within software, preferably SaaS MarTech, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Passion for marketing technology: Familiarity with CDP, web analytics, CRM, and adtech ecosystem. Proactive approach: Love challenges and find creative solutions even without a clear path. Willingness to travel: Attend industry events to build relationships with clients. Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English; ability to communicate with colleagues and international prospects. Competitive compensation: Permanent contract with a base salary (RAL) of €40,000-50,000 variable €20,000-30,000, with no cap if goals are exceeded.
