Teamwork Highest level of individual productivity Technical excellence Treating patients as valued guests The Clinic / Practice Manager is responsible for the financial and operational success of all assigned practices within a designated geographic area or specialty, often focusing on a single location. The manager ensures the implementation of operating policies and initiatives within the group and reports to the Area Manager or Regional Director of Operations. They work closely with team members to ensure that services are provided efficiently, safely, and in a patient-friendly manner. The manager is accountable for guest and client satisfaction, as well as business development objectives. They collaborate with the Area Manager to meet corporate initiatives and uphold Quigley’s cultural values. Additionally, they escalate employee issues and concerns to the Area Manager and HR for resolution. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Work alongside team members to provide efficient, safe, and customer-friendly service. Be accountable for the performance of the assigned location, including patient volumes, revenue, staff management, and facility maintenance. Build and foster a team environment. Optimize staff performance and hold staff accountable for workflows and throughputs. Assist in workflow management within their area of expertise. Minimize patient wait times and ensure patient satisfaction. Continuously assess and improve clinic processes, workflows, and staffing. Oversee front desk staff to ensure accurate patient data, appointment scheduling, and billing procedures. Supervise technicians to ensure quality care and accurate clinical procedures. Drive practice performance to meet revenue and volume targets. Oversee opticians to ensure quality of care, sales, and inventory management. Ensure proper optical handoff to increase optical capture rates. Ensure adequate staffing levels across all roles. Coordinate with the Area Manager or Regional Director to balance labor resources. Manage inventory and supplies for the office and clinical needs. Mentor and coach staff on business metrics, patient satisfaction, and procedures. Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention. Conduct performance reviews. Coordinate with IT for hardware and software needs. Liaise with facility vendors for maintenance and compliance. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulations. Adhere to Practice Policies and Procedures Manual. Work with leadership to develop and monitor budgets and address variances. Maintain working knowledge of medical issues, equipment, and terminology. Adapt to change and learn continuously. Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to meet financial and operational goals. Pursue excellence and drive results. Identify and address clinic strengths, weaknesses, and challenges.
