Posizione Inticom "Yamamay", a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, is seeking a Store Manager for its new store in Varese. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Store Manager will be responsible for managing the entire point of sale, specifically: Ensuring the coordination and supervision of the store and sales team; Analyzing sales data, managing and monitoring reporting activities; Achieving sales targets through effective management and motivation of staff, in line with company goals; Ensuring high-quality customer service; Maintaining proper product display within the store, managing stock movement, and overseeing visual merchandising both indoors and outdoors; Performing back-office activities, managing staff presence, and preparing reports; Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of consolidated experience in managing medium-sized stores in the textile sector (preferably with a background in intimate apparel).
