Location : Job Category : Other EU work permit required : col-narrow-right Job Reference : 80b67fdbf40b Job Views : Posted : 18.06.2025 Expiry Date : 02.08.2025 col-wide Job Description Working along with the Brand Management, Product, Purchasing, Quality, and Sustainability teams to be responsible for and lead the development of eyewear packaging items and stationary (institutional, seasonal, and related to special projects) for the Brands in the portfolio, respecting the relevant timing and target costs. How you will contribute Participate actively in discussions to define the types of cases needed for the eyewear collections. Create technical briefings and define project timelines to be presented and discussed internally and with the Brand. Support and guide the Brand in developing new packaging, ensuring final approval of design and prototypes, target cost, and time to market. Translate the Brand’s image and creative inputs into new packaging concepts, briefing involved suppliers. Coordinate suppliers during prototype development, evaluate prototypes, and coordinate fitting tests with Product and Quality teams. Create item codes for product packaging sets and stationary to generate BOMs. Lead PO issuing, sharing necessary info with suppliers and purchasing departments. Coordinate packaging shoots for Brand presentations and official documents. Oversee production coordination of printing layouts with suppliers, ensuring Brand approval. Responsible for final checks and approvals of stationary blueprints for production start. Approve, archive, and share PP samples with Logistic, Product, and Quality departments. Scout and evaluate new materials and techniques with the Sustainability team, focusing on sustainable implementations. Who you are 3 years of experience in luxury accessories or cosmetics industry, with experience in luxury brand licenses. Good knowledge of materials and techniques used for cases, cleaning clothes, and box production development. Good understanding of paper and printing techniques for stationary development (e.g., authenticity cards, pendants, booklets, leaflets). Strong time management and activity planning skills, attention to detail, proficiency in PowerPoint. Good written and spoken English. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, and team-oriented.
