Head of Marketing – Forex / Prop Firm Focused Falcon Funded We're Hiring: Head of Marketing – Forex/Prop Firm Focused We’re seeking a world-class Head of Marketing with deep understanding of the trading industry — someone who can effectively grow and convert in the prop firm sector, not just create visually appealing content. Responsibilities include: Leading and expanding a global marketing team (designers, editors, writers, media buyers) Managing the entire marketing funnel from cold traffic to Telegram & email campaigns to funding Creating, managing, and optimizing multi-platform ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) Developing and designing email campaigns, landing pages, video briefs, and more Building and maintaining workflows and automations (Zapier, CRMs, etc.) Overseeing media production timelines, content calendars, and ensuring strict delivery deadlines Collaborating with founders and internal teams to align on strategic growth goals Requirements: Deep knowledge of Forex, Prop Firms, and Retail Traders Experience managing marketing teams (minimum 5 members) Hands-on skills in content creation (emails, creatives, basic editing) Strong expertise in performance marketing – especially Facebook Ads and Google Excellent English communication and leadership skills Proven ability to convert ad spend into revenue Preferred qualifications: Experience structuring funnels for community signups (Telegram/Discord) Trading experience is a plus Ability to balance performance growth with brand positioning Knowledge of ad policy & compliance, especially in finance What we offer: Full creative freedom and ownership of marketing efforts Highly competitive salary performance bonuses Work with a focused, fast-moving team Opportunity to build in the rapidly growing online trading segment J-18808-Ljbffr
