Junior Rapid Prototyping Engineer "Read the complete content provided for the Job role, and fill the G-form attached at the end of the content" About the Role: Seeking an energetic, organized, and hands-on Junior Rapid Prototype Production Engineer to join our core team working on innovative TRC-based construction systems . This role is critical in managing the on-ground production workflow , including labour coordination, material and equipment management, prototype casting , and site-level execution planning . The ideal candidate will act as the link between the R&D, fabrication, and testing works , ensuring that production targets are met with quality, safety, and timeliness. They will be responsible for overseeing factory operations , managing day-to-day logistics, tracking resources, and supporting all prototype production and testing activities . Key Responsibilities: ️ Production Management & Execution Coordinate and supervise labour teams and support staff involved in mould assembly, casting, curing, demoulding, and lifting operations. Ensure timely arrangement of materials, tools, machinery , and consumables required for prototype production. Maintain and monitor inventory levels of critical resources (Ex: cement, fabric, steel, admixtures, mould oils, etc.). Continuously update and enforce casting schedules and work plans in line with R&D and delivery timelines. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit the following reports regularly: DPR (Daily Progress Report) WPR (Weekly Progress Report) MPR (Monthly Progress Report) Maintain detailed labour attendance records , work schedules , and overtime sheets . Assist in preparing bill of materials , resource utilization logs , and cost tracking sheets for prototype tasks. Factory Oversight & Operations Act as the site coordinator for all activities happening at the prototype casting facility. Ensure safe, efficient, and clean work environments . Supervise usage and upkeep of all factory machinery including: Concrete mixers (pan and drum type) Prestressing jacks or clamps Cutting, welding, and grinding tools Coordinate with external vendors, transporters, and suppliers for material movement and service support. Dynamic Planning & Support Support dynamic and real-time adjustments to production planning based on material availability, manpower, and R&D feedback. Work closely with testing engineers to assist in setting up mechanical and durability testing fixtures and logistics. Identify bottlenecks in the production chain and propose rapid resolution mechanisms .
