Senior Manager - Auto Loan

Job Purpose: This role is responsible to coordinate and manage the overall auto loan programs, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to organizational goals and policies. Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers and other stakeholders involved in the auto loan program to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Also, monitor and assess risks associated with the auto loan portfolio, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for analysis, development and implementation of strategic business plans and policies, ensuring organizational growth, targeting maximum profitability and cost effectiveness Develop, execute and manage competent strategies and tactical business plan to penetrate new areas and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial schemes/ services Should be able to develop business strategies, understand market opportunities, competition and create the value proposition Setting acquisition strategies with maximum conversions through the help of contact center Accountable to increase market share for the existing markets Grow auto loan portfolio and fee income base through building strong and viable schemes with the support of Manufacturer and internal stakeholder Working internally with functions that cut across the organization including Credit, Sales (field), collection, technology, operations etc., Should have strong capability in driving processes that are compliant, and customer focused Job Requirements: Postgraduate 8 years of experience with commercial vehicle or retail finance Have strong people management skills Should be excellent in managing stakeholder (internal & external) Comply with policies and processes. Good hands-on excel/access & other analytical tool to evaluate performance Strategic and analytical thinking Strong communication and interpersonal skills
