About the Role: The role of Sr. Associate at Clicktech Retail involves providing on-site support to sellers/vendors to enhance their capabilities and success on the platform. This includes assisting sellers/vendors with using Clicktech tools, improving catalog content, and providing on-ground training. The role also involves taking on process improvement projects and actively participating in stakeholder meetings. Responsibilities: Assisting sellers/vendors in improving their capabilities on Clicktech Retail Training sellers/vendors on catalog content and other aspects of the platform Interacting with vendors/manufacturers/sellers to identify and correct errors Maintaining records of work received and performed Initiating and owning process improvement projects Participating actively in stakeholder calls/meetings Required Skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite Preferred Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Operate in the system with speed and accuracy necessary to meet Clicktech standards Handle stressful situations, maintain composure, and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders Passion for Business Development Strong interpersonal skills Excellent listening skills Excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines Disclaimer: Clicktech and New Trends Commerce are equal opportunities employers.
