Responsibilities Sales & Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and recommend suitable worldwide holiday packages. Tailor-Made Itineraries: Design customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, tours, and activities. Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on global travel trends, visa requirements, and destination highlights to provide expert advice. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and addressing queries promptly. Booking & Coordination: Manage reservations, liaise with travel suppliers, and ensure smooth travel arrangements. Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling travel products. Market Awareness: Keep up with competitor offerings and identify opportunities to improve sales strategies. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling worldwide holiday packages. Knowledge: Strong understanding of global travel destinations, airline routing, and accommodation options. Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets. Customer-Oriented: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office. Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends or peak travel seasons if required. Preferred Skills Certification: Certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field. Experience: Experience with major GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Multilingual: Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).
