About the Role The Mindcraft School is looking for an empathetic, articulate, and confident Admissions Counsellor to become the first point of contact for prospective families. This is a pivotal role that blends storytelling, relationship-building, and trust — guiding parents through one of the most important decisions of their lives. We’re seeking someone who understands the value of education deeply and can represent our mission with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. Responsibilities Be the face and voice of the school to prospective families Lead school tours, counselling sessions, and admission-related communications Explain the school’s philosophy, curriculum, and offerings with confidence Build and nurture strong relationships with parents throughout the admissions journey Collaborate with the leadership team on outreach and enrolment strategy Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or relationship management preferred Ability to understand and articulate educational values and offerings clearly A positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mindset
