For more information, please visit: https://www.livspace.com/ Job responsibilities: Responsible for verifying and recording of Invoices for facilities dept across more than 45 locations of approx. 1K invoices per month. TDS and GST verification, missing with buyer and Supplier and recon to ensure GST credit is taken correctly. Vendor Reconciliation and identifying AI’s and closing the same. Aligning Invoices for payments amounting to approx Rs 3- 4 crs every month and working on resolving rejections in invoices. Control on vendor advances and vendor payables and Managing Petty cash including verification of genuineness of bills across 30 locations. Coordinating with other departments and handling their queries and escalations. Monthly book closure activities, follow-ups and resolving vendor queries. Skills &Attributes: Expert knowledge of accounts including working knowledge of TDS and GST. Should have functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Accounts Payable module. Good communication skills and experience in handling multi tasks and handle volumes. Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver quality outputs with zero errors. Qualification: Should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in Accounts Payable. MBA from a reputed institution is an added advantage. Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 or any equivalent ERP
